Description	Requirements : Licence Chief/Mate, Watch/Officer or Maritime Officer to 3,000 GT or unlimited Good command of the English language Knowledge of ISO/ISM regulations Experience with and knowledge of maintenance systems Practical experience with a computer, Word and Excel Job description responsible for the relevant administrative tasks and for the safety equipment on board. As Chief Mate you replace the Captain during his absence, you are able to navigate independently and to take decisions, to motivate and lead the crew so that they know their responsibilities and are able to carry those out to the best of their ability.
