• Menu Planning: Develop and implement a diverse menu that meets the nutritional needs of the crew, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Food Preparation: Cook and present meals that are flavorful, well-balanced, and visually appealing.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Budget Adherence: Work within allocated budgets to procure provisions and manage costs effectively.
• Sanitation Standards: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to maritime health and safety regulations.
• Team Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
