- At least 1 short contract as Jr 3rd Officer / 3rd Officer
- Must have bulk experience
- 35 years old or below as per principal age requirements for new crew
- Must have valid U.S Visa

This is to those deck cadets who already have complete documents such as U.S VISA processed by your current agency and yet they didn't give you any opportunity to go on board due to some reasons.
- Must have at least 1 contract experienced in inter-island
- 25 years old or below as per principal age requirements for new crew
- Must have valid U.S Visa
- Preferably with OIC License
